Returns & Exchanges

At Crystal Springs Resort, we want you to be fully satisfied with your sports gear and apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our guest services page to enter your order number and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused gear back in its original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Resort

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our equipment specialists verify the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
